The Highway 23 Coalition is excited to invite both members and non-members to join us at our Annual Meeting on April 14th, 2023 in Mora, MN.
Annual Meeting
This annual event will bring together members and interested parties of the Highway 23 Coalition to look back at the work that has been accomplished and look ahead to what's next. As the progress of the 4-lane Highway 23 corridors continues, the Annual Meeting is the moment to thank those who have committed time to the mission and have fiscally helped Highway 23 Coalition continue the momentum. The success would not be possible without the efforts of many businesses and individuals. The 2022 Annual Meeting was held in St. Cloud, Minnesota and this year's event being held in Mora, MN.
Agenda
This year's Highway 23 Coalition Annual Meeting agenda has yet to be published. The agenda is slated to include a brief but engaging lineup of speakers featuring Congressman Pete Stauber from District 8. Minnesota's District 8 includes Mora and the surrounding area.
Attendees will hear from Highway 23 Coalition board members on progress that was made in 2022 as well as a bright outlook for progress in 2023 and beyond. The Coalition will also share the focus areas and priority projects for 2023. Board members of the Coalition have attended many events at the state capitol to advocate for the work of the Highway 23 Coalition and the 2023 priority projects. At the Annual Meeting, attendees will learn more about this work that is being done at the capitol and the time that the Coalition spends there.
Freddie's
The location of this year's annual meeting is a local unique treasure. Freddie's Restaurant and Banquet Center has been in business since 1963 and started as a drive in. Freddie's is currently a full service restaurant and banquet facility encouraging visitors to, "Sit long. Talk much."
