Where are you located?
I live and work in rural Raymond, Minnesota.
How are you involved with the Coalition?
I serve as the Chair on the Highway 23 Coalition Board.
What do you do outside of the Coalition work? Where do you work?
I own Custom Interiors & Co. Inc. I am a freelance interior designer and I bring my store to my customer's store within a 75 mile radius of my home.
Why do you support the Coalition? What makes you so passionate about this work?
My family has traveled Hwy 23 daily all their lives and it has been piece-mealed for the past 35-40 years. The safety issues on Hwy 23 are very concerning to me as I have personally witnessed several accidents and near-misses over the years of traveling this highway. It just makes sense to me that a 4-lane Hwy 23 would change the transportation system of the entire state of MN.
