How are you involved with the Coalition?
I serve as the Highway 23 Coalition Treasurer.
What do you do outside of the Coalition work? Where do you work?
Donn served as Executive Director of the Mid-Minnesota Development Commission (MMDC) for over 20 years. MMDC is a regional development organization that encompasses four counties—Kandiyohi, McLeod, Meeker and Renville counties.
Why do you support the Coalition? What makes you so passionate about this work?
Donn, who has a particular interest in transportation issues, retired from MMDC in 2020.
